Limitation of Liability: WH&S provides marine repair, diagnostics, and skilled trade services on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
No Warranty of Outcome: A diagnostic visit identifies issues and provides estimates. It does not guarantee that repairs will resolve all issues, nor that additional problems will not be discovered during repair.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from services shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By booking, you agree to this clause and waive your right to a jury trial.
Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback after willingly completing a booking constitutes a breach of these terms. WH&S reserves the right to pursue collection of the original amount plus fees incurred.
Data Collection: By booking, you consent to WH&S collecting and storing your name, email, phone, location, service history, and payment records to provide services and communicate with you. Request deletion by emailing [email protected].
